When life happens.....

Sometimes things don't go as planned.  When they don't, please let us know as soon as possible so that we are not waiting for you.  

Cancellations 48 hours in advance = No Charge.

Cancellations less than 24 hours = $50 or 50% of the service, whichever is more.

No Show. No Call.  = 100% service charge.

Charges will be applied to the credit card used to reserve the reservation.

You're running late...

Call us!  If we can fit you in still, we will.  However, understand that we might have to work you in around a client who was on time which means that you might have to wait.  Lateness greater than 15 minutes can result in the appointment being rescheduled. If we don't hear from you, and you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show" and your card will be charged a 100% service charge.

Deposits

A 50% Deposit is required on all services that take greater than 2 hours.   In the event that you have to cancel, our cancellation policy will guide the amount that you will be charged.
